With a family background in entrepreneurship and the acquisition of her first business at 22, Lissa has lived on both sides of the equation. She's experienced the chaos of running a business without systems, and she's sat at the strategic planning table in corporate, seeing exactly what separates businesses that scale from those that don't. She knows what it feels like to be the one putting out fires. She also knows what it looks like when you're not.

Certified in Human Resources (CPHR), Exit Planning (CEPA), and Value Building, Lissa helps business owners build companies that are both profitable and sellable. Lissa has built Mak & Co. to help entrepreneurs build companies that are both profitable and sellable while finding the freedom they were looking for when they started their business.

Her approach combines practical business strategy with a deep understanding of human behavior. She doesn't just fix businesses—she helps owners reclaim control so they can lead with clarity instead of constantly putting out fires.
